Recovery begins with an in-home assessment by our Area Manager who reviews discharge orders, medications, mobility needs and home safety. We then match a caregiver with the right clinical experience and bedside manner, arrange an introductory visit or trial shift, and maintain frequent check-ins to adjust care as recovery progresses.
