How do you match the right caregiver to my family?

We begin with an assessment by our Area Manager to review medical needs, daily routines, personality, and family preferences. Then we match caregivers who have the right skills and temperament, arrange an introductory visit or trial shift, and maintain frequent check-ins and reviews so the match continues to be a good fit.

Will insurance cover compassionate care or companion services?

Coverage varies. Companion and homemaking services are often private-pay, though some long-term care policies, Medicaid waiver programs, or other plans may cover certain home services. We’re happy to help verify your benefits.
